How orders travel from our showroom in Baabda to your door.
Where we deliver
We deliver everywhere in Lebanon. Orders shipping outside Lebanon are not available yet.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are prepared the same day. Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days depending on your area.
Delivery cost
Delivery is $4.00 flat anywhere in Lebanon and free on orders over $50.00. The exact cost appears at checkout before you place the order.
Cash on delivery
You can pay the driver in cash when your order arrives. The amount is the order total shown at checkout, nothing added.
Showroom pickup
Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order for free from the showroom in Baabda, Brasilia, during opening hours. We message you when it is ready.
Tracking
After your order ships you receive a WhatsApp message with the expected delivery day. You can also check the order status in your account.
Damaged on arrival
If something arrives broken or leaking, send a photo of the item and the packaging on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we replace it at no cost.
